The WL184 is a pro­fes­sion­al lava­lier micro­phone with con­denser diaphragm and super­car­dioid pick­up pat­tern. It is opti­mal for voice record­ing in very loud envi­ron­ments and for use with wire­less pock­et trans­mit­ters. The super­car­dioid reduces back­ground noise and pre­vents feed­back.
The polar pat­tern can be changed by replac­ing the cap­sule. The use of the wind­screen is strong­ly advised.
