RØDE NT-5 Rod Condenser Microphone

The RØDE NT5 is a cardioid rod condenser microphone primarily used for recording acoustic instruments, overhead drums, cymbals and live performances. This microphone with external polarization has a 1/2" capsule and an active J-FET impedance converter with a two-pole output buffer. Its narrow cardioid polar pattern is also suitable for dialog recordings made with the aid of a microphone stand or a boom pole in a film studio.
