Com­pat­i­bil­i­ty with the Canon EF bay­o­net enables fast and pre­cise Dual Pix­el CMOS aut­o­fo­cus as well as pow­er­ing the lens via the cam­era, auto­mat­ic meta­da­ta cap­ture sim­pli­fies post-pro­duc­tion and lens func­tions such as vignetting cor­rec­tion are available.
