The wire­less ADN‑W C1 chair­man micro­phone unit offers excel­lent speech intel­li­gi­bil­i­ty and sim­ple oper­a­tion. Pow­ered by the replace­able ADN‑W BA bat­tery pack, the micro­phone unit has an oper­at­ing time of over 20 hours. In addi­tion to the micro­phone but­ton, which is also used to switch the unit on and off, the chair­man ver­sion has a NEXT but­ton for logon mode and a pri­or­i­ty but­ton that can be used to tem­porar­i­ly mute or com­plete­ly switch off del­e­gate micro­phone units.

Fur­ther­more, the micro­phone unit is equipped with two broad­band high-per­for­mance loud­speak­ers which enable homo­ge­neous sound ampli­fi­ca­tion through­out the room. The micro­phone sock­et used allows the use of the var­i­ous goose­neck micro­phones ADN-MIC 15-xx and MIC 36-xx. The wire­less micro­phone unit with bat­tery pack can be ful­ly charged in the ADN‑W CASE UNITS charg­ing and trans­port case mod­ule or via the NT 12–50C plug-in pow­er sup­ply unit in 3–4 hours.
