The Blackmagic Video Assist is a portable monitor, a professional recorder, a mobile scope display, and a fantastic viewfinder all in one! It also has higher quality recording codecs on board and adds a larger monitor to any SDI and HDMI camera. The 3G models support formats up to 1080p/60, the 12G HDR models additionally support up to 2160p/60, and the 12G HDR models have a brighter touchscreen for digital HDR filming and outdoor shooting in sunlight.
